TR - 90
It is a trapezoidal grooved profile manufactured in the plant using a stationary rolling machine from a roll of Ternium Zintro steel., Ternium Zintro Alum o Ternium Pintro, which, due to its large cant, allows it to clear large gaps, which translates into a decrease in the amount of supports.
By its configuration, this product is easily stackable (anidable) and overlapping.

Its low weights per square meter makes this grooving an excellent replacement for its similar asbestos or fiber cement having considerable savings in the support structure.. In ceilings it is recommended in slopes not greater than 25m and slopes not less than 6%.

- The properties and load capacity were calculated for an ASTM A-653 grade SS steel. 37 (Fy = 2600 kg/Cm2, Fb= 1560 Kg/Cm2)
- Important note: Due to its very sturdy structural sheet characteristics, this ribbed is not calculated according to the conventional method of reduced compression areas of the AISI design manual. The load capacities were obtained through load tests also accepted in said manual.
